Keywords
Keywords are the fuel for the content plan. Add your own with the metrics you pulled from any keyword tool, or let AI suggest ideas. There is no approval step — every keyword is ready to schedule as soon as it's added.
Add keywords (with metrics)
On Keywords, the primary card has two modes:
- Paste list — paste rows from your keyword tool, one per line, as
keyword, volume, difficulty, intent(tab- or comma-separated; quoted CSV values are supported). Only the keyword is required. A live preview table shows exactly what will be added, skips a header row automatically, and de-dupes within the paste. - Add one — a single keyword with its volume, difficulty, and intent, for precise entry.
You can also drag a .csv/.tsv file onto the paste box (or use Import CSV). Because you supply real numbers, the opportunity score is accurate rather than estimated.
Discover with AI
No metrics handy? The Discover with AIcard suggests keywords for the site with estimated volume, difficulty, and intent. These are directional estimates (Vireloop doesn't use a paid keyword API), useful for ideation.
Opportunity score
Each keyword gets a score weighing search volume against difficulty and intent, so the highest-value, most-winnable topics rise to the top. The list is sorted by score.
Manage
- Edit — the pencil on any row updates its text, volume, difficulty, and intent (works for manual and AI keywords); the score recalculates.
- Reject / delete— reject keywords you don't want, then Clear rejected to remove them in bulk, or delete any row outright.
- Add to plan — schedule a keyword onto the calendar for article generation.
Status reads Ready (usable now) → Planned (on the calendar) → Used (article generated).
Source tracking
Every keyword records how it was added (manual, AI, auto-generate). The dashboard's Keyword source effectiveness card uses this to show which channel actually produces published articles and search traffic.
